As of August 1st, 2018, Genesis will no longer support Internet Explorer 11 or any previous versions of Internet Explorer (IE).
Parents who forgot their password can click on the Forgot my password link and enter their email address.
If you enter the wrong password more than 7 times your account will be locked out, and a password reset will not work. If you do not remember your password request a password reset before you lock your account on the 7th attempt.
Parent Access is currently in summer mode, you can view and update contact information, and see limited information about your children.
You will receive email updates when this changes.
